Guam Post (Tamuning, Guam) PROGRAM: On July 31, five citizens of the Federated States of Micronesia graduated from Australia’s James Cook University’s Ridge to Reef Sustainable Development Post Graduate Program, making the FSM cohort one of the largest groups of the approximately 30 Pacific Islanders who enrolled in the program. Faith Siba, Marston Luckymis and Hans Skilling of Kosrae; Jorg Anson of Pohnpei; and Rosalinda Yatilman of Yap, were awarded with their postgraduate certificates in Nadi, Republic of Fiji, by JCU Deputy Vice Chancellor of Tropical Environments and Societies Professor Marcus Lane.
